Let’s Talk about Health: Caring for Seniors in Rural New York is a two day conference taking place on Friday June 11th, 5:30pm - 8:30pm and Saturday June 12th, 9am -12:45pm. Topics include an introduction to Age-Friendly Health Systems, provider burnout, managing pain, updates in Alzheimer’s Disease research, health literacy, and a panel on innovative technologies. There are two tracks, one for caregivers and one for providers.  The conference is FREE for attendees; however, a $10 fee will be assessed for individuals requesting continuing education credits.
